About
Lauren Scally
I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over twelve years. Through my work in a medical office environment, I cultivated an interest in working with clients experiencing mood challenges during pregnancy and postpartum. As a mother of two myself, I understand the immense challenge and joy of adding a new member to the family. It is my goal to provide focused, humorous and tangible guidance as you navigate this transition.
Additionally, I am experienced in the areas of Depression and Anxiety, Domestic Violence, supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community, relationship issues, and assisting clients through the process of personal growth and other major life transitions.
I have been told my approach is relatable, concrete and supportive of growth in the most difficult of situations. My vision for my work is to create trusting relationships with my clients where I am able to support them in discovering their truth while strengthening communication skills, emotion regulation, and positive coping mechanisms.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, hiking, yoga and travel.
